About Jobs/Class system
I can't say anything about games from other developers, since the only Kemco-published games that I play are those made by Exe Create.
Regarding Exe Create, you can check out their 8-bit-style games (Dragon Sinker, Dragon Lapis, Dragon Prana) that feature extensive job/class systems. Some of their other games might contain light job/class system features, too (e.g. Ambition Record).

The game I recommend is Chroma Quaternion by developer Exe-Create. Its "role" system is really a job system; every role grants four useable skills and two passive skills when equipped. Roles can be leveled up to 100 with various bonuses, including one powerful "refined" skill that the character can always access even if the role is no longer equipped.
Each character can unlock up to ten roles unique to them (so there's a total of 40 roles, 10 per character) and no roles are gated behind Shop purchases or gacha. Each character can eventually equip up to three roles. Roles can be swapped around at no cost anytime out of combat, and the order in which roles are equipped confers special bonuses (first role has a unique special effect; second role does 25% more damage and healing; third role has skill cooldown time reduced).
The result is a game that starts with very few options, but eventually has a lot of choices for customization, along with the choices of which weapons/armor/helmets to equip (these have various bonus effects) and which rings to equip (any weapon or armor can be turned into a ring that passes on its bonus effect, and most rings can be upgraded).
Finally, there's the choice of which character should consume various permanent stat boosters. Maxing out all battle statistics is not really feasible until late in the postgame, and only needed for an optional superboss challenge.
Chroma Quaternion has all this and a good story, too!
I haven't played Dragon Sinker/Lapis/Prana, but I've heard that there are story connections between the three, so if you decide to try them then I recommend starting with the first one, Dragon Sinker. Dragon Lapis is the second, and Dragon Prana is the third.
Symphony of Eternity by developer World Wide Software has a simple job system. It's an okay little RPG (which apparently has no cash shop?), but since the 3DS eshop is now closed, Symphony of Eternity is only available on mobile.
Ambition Record's job system has only 7 jobs - 4 default, one from a sidequest, and two exclusively from Shop gacha. The default jobs are all you need to beat the game and all optional challenges. The story is mediocre at best. I don't recommend Ambition Record.
Chronus Arc by developer Hit Point has a job/class system, but grinding out job experience is tedious and the story is just bad. I don't recommend Chronus Arc. The box-pushing puzzles were more fun than the rest of the game.
