Asdivine Hearts
Fernz Gate https://www.storeparser.com/en-US/xbox- ... ernz-gate/ and
Revenant Dogma https://majornelson.com/2018/09/11/reve ... -anywhere/
Have been released
Unfortunatelly they cost $15 each (twice as much as the Premium version for mobile), and I'm not sure about the advantages they offer (since the in-game purchases are still available in Fernz Gate and Revenant Dogma).
I believe all kemco releases on the 3DS had no in-game purchases, you just needed to pay its price.
And I'm not sure but I believe their releases on Steam also have no in-game purchases - https://store.steampowered.com/search/?publisher=KEMCO
So I'm a bit disappointed Kemco is charging an above-average price and using its mobile pay-to-win strategy in the xbox console.

:-)
I can confirm that all the Kemco RPGs on the 3DS have no in-game purchases at all. Most of them have a base 3DS price of $10 (in the US), and they periodically go on sale for $5 or $6.
As of late 2019, I suspect Kemco is done bringing RPGs to the 3DS, partly due to the 3DS' technical limitations, but mostly because the 3DS is in the final stage of its lifespan. The most recent Kemco release on 3DS was Dragon Lapis, an 8-bit style RPG, and the 3DS hasn't received the "Pocket RPG" games (Archlion Saga, etc.) that one would think are a natural fit.
$15 is the base price of almost every Kemco RPG on the PS3/PS4/Vita (buying a Kemco RPG on one of these usually entitles the buyer to download it on any of the three systems). Sometimes they go on sale for $9. The cheapest I've seen them on sale for was $6.
Kemco RPGs on the Switch seem to have a slightly cheaper base price of $13 or so. They periodically go on sale for less, and the Switch sales of the day tend to be different from the PS4 sales of the day.
Revenant Saga on PS4 and Switch didn't have in-game purchases, but it appears that just about every recent Kemco release on PS4 or Switch has in-game purchases now, and they're usually $3-4 for a single power-up. Kemco RPGs have a history of not needing any in-game purchases, though.
TLDR: The Xbox prices aren't much worse than the other console prices, and of course the more platforms these games are on the better.
