So here we are, basically post-pandemics, Kemco focusing more on Nintendo-ish plataforms rather than Google Play, several of their games vanishing with little to no vestige...
I actually did a small change because I thought I was being too nostalgic with the #3.
PS. Fortuna Magus won from Silver Nornir by its sheer simplicity.
Fernz Gate is simply so well made, that it needed a spot.
Tears Revolude is simple and made me want more once it ended. Also, cute art and alright characters.
Asdivine Menace was the first from Asdivine series I played, and is a polished version of Dios. A solid albeit cheesy RPG.
Monochrome Order was really innovative and combat was basically secondary, I do admit steam controls are better than phone's, though. The previous holder, Dios, was just... more of the same, after Exe-Create reused the same formula again and again and again and again and...
Silver Nornir was almost my favorite. The party changes as the game progresses and all characters learn evenly, so unlike many others, you actually use your whole party, not just a group of favorites. (You can play favorites at final dungeon, though). The story was well-made, the mapping was decent, and its overall solid but...
Fortuna Magus won by sheer simplicity. The characters were likeable, the story was moving, the soundtrack was fitting, and it made me want more when it ended. Both FM and SN have a unique combat system compared to Exe-Create's ones.
(Surprisingly?) enough, none of the Kemco games released in 2021 appealed to me. In fact, I feel they unpublished more games than they published during last year?
Note: I did replace Dios with Monochrome Order, but Asdivine Kamura didn't manage to overthrow Menace because... C'mon, it was my first Kemco RPG, I wouldn't be around wasn't for Menance.
What do you think about Kemco releases for the previous year, and the outlook for their next releases? For example, RPGolf Legends and Mercenaries Saga ─ they're still not available on Google Play or App Store last I checked, so I'm starting to wonder if we should add them to the website or wait. (Or even if they'll eventually make it to Android/iOS platforms)

Of all the 6 games you mentioned, I've only played Tears Revolude. The story and world setting is not as deep as the Exe Create games before, but the skill and weapon level up system is more interesting than Antiquia Lost. However this game is too easy that you can one shot the boss by Sion charges up and then use rune burst with the whole team.
My top 5 list has changed because Fernz Gate was just that good. Its story was average, not great, with main characters who were likeable enough. What really made Fernz Gate stand out was its battle system. Fernz Gate is the first Kemco game that seriously tempted me to replay it on the hardest difficulty, just for fun. (I probably won't, but only because there's too many other games I want to play.)
My new top 5 list:
Journey to Kreisia
Fernz Gate
Revenant Saga
Infinite Dunamis
Mystic Chronicles & Justice Chronicles (they’re similar enough that I’ll put them together)
Shoutout to Unlucky Mage/Unlucky Hero, former #5 that got bumped off the list.
Mercenaries Saga Chronicles on the Switch, and installments from that series on the 3DS, appear to be published by Circle Entertainment. Circle Entertainment has ported a lot of little mobile games and RPGs that resemble Kemco RPGs in various ways - obviously low budget but with solid gameplay and sometimes memorable features.
Maybe a "Circle Entertainment chat" subforum could gauge how much folks here like to talk about Circle Entertainment games?
I can't really keep up with Kemco's new releases; I have a massive backlog of their old releases, and need to focus on my 3DS backlog in case my 3DS dies after the eshop closes. (Not to mention my backlog of digital Atlus RPGs on the 3DS...)
One thing I have noticed is that the Kemco/Hit-Point "pocket RPG" series appears to have stopped porting installments to the Switch, after Arclion Saga and Everdark Tower. This is probably a good thing; $5 each for 2-hour RPGs was giving Kemco a bad reputation. I'll note that both games are not ported to the PS4, presumably due to tighter quality control.
I liked them both; I just absolutely can't recommend them given how little gameplay the buyer receives for their money.

Soul Historica won out with it's 3 branching endings and unique class/skill system. The Mercenaries Saga games are mobile-ish, but who knows if they'll come to android & ios.
I also have a massive backlog of games on my android, 3ds & ps4 so there are some kemco & circle games that I haven't started yet.
Miden Tower. for it's dark history. (and the hero become Similar on what happened to Shield Hero, which is Interesting.) One of unique game. Protagonist is an avenger with a dark backstory that destroy his entire self and become merciless killers of empire soldier.
Glorious Savior, Ah yes, one of my favorite back in the days. Changing Asdivine Saga for this gem for this reason.
'Time Travel and Vs. Overlord combination'
Protagonist is cool, not a fan of blue but Rain is still cool. Also the protagonist that i base my name.
Unlucky Hero for it's bored outcast mage protagonist, Jasper, which is very interesting protagonist and also for the Mage conflicts and how Cornelia change him and start to help others.
The one started the Wizard game era.
Unlucky Mage got unlucky fate but ended up having happy end and good life.
Can't explain this gem much but it's one of the good game.
Chrome Wolf: Steel Illusion, Military and State Conflict and Protagonist existential crisis.
and, Alphadia.
One of KEMCO/EXE-CREATE Original Series.
Alphadia for it's very interesting plot for the Energi Crisis, interesting good vs evil conflict, protagonist true existence, and the for it's very tragic end. sad for Ash.
Alphadia is one of the best, tragic and little bit dark story ever made by EXE-CREATE. Basically Steel Illusion of EXE but the original.
- Re-edited.
My journey to end the darkness ends up losing someone I loved. Now I realized that there's no victorious in either sides. It's all about the casualties it caused...
As someone who is the co-founder of this place, I shoild probably give my personal top 5 here:
5. Fortuna Magus
4. Adsivine Menace
3. Journey To Kresia
2. Eclipse Of Illision
1. Symphony Of The Origin
Fortuna magus just have a lot of likeable characters, fun gameplay and magic system, and a good overall story. It does nothing wrong.
Asdivine Menace is Dios, an amazing game with an supurb story and characters, and makes the gameplay more interesting (And unisons less broken) with the balancing out of the weapon affinity system and skill leveling system, while not slacking off in story or characters.
Kresia is Kresia. A very cool take on the classic hero saves the world trope we have seen all our lives, with a unique weapon skill point systems, and really shows how racism is a serious issue not only in Kresia, but in our world today. Gameplay is fun yet somewhat simple, but gives you enough options to make it feel like you have some form of control over what your characters roles are.
Eclipse of Illusion: One of the best takes on the modern job class system I've seen since I first played it. Very likable characters, engaging story, and twists and turns down the road that you will never expect.
Symphony of the Origin: The game that got me into Kemco games and my 2nd jrpg, will always have a special place in my heart. Great characters, pretty decent way of learning skills, an amazing villain with a fun story, and so much bonus content I can't even begin to describe the amount of time I spent on the endgame all those years ago. It will always have a special place in my heart for all the memories it brought me
Worked for me (from my Windows PC). Question: in the past we sometimes, but not always, put an image/link on the "Games" page--will you continue that for these non-mobile games?
There are a LOT of non-mobile Kemco games, especially if one considers their console games dating back to the likes of Ghost Lion, Shadowgate/Deja Vu/Uninvited, Drakkhen, Dragon View, etc.
For that matter, there are some mobile Kemco games that aren't on the Games page, like Mom Hid My Game! (a puzzle game available on iOS), and Fantasy Chronicles/Mystic Chronicles (the Japanese-language Fantasy Chronicles is only on Japanese mobile phones; the English-language translation Mystic Chronicles is currently a digital PSP/Vita/Vita TV exclusive).
I personally like the Games page as it is - a showcase of English-language Kemco RPGs on mobile, featuring user reviews and guides. I feel like the continued effort put into updating it when Kemco releases new English-language mobile RPGs is enough.
