I wonder why only the original Alphadia (3DS) and the Alphadia Genesis games (various consoles) have been ported to consoles. Exe-Create has ported lots of games from the Asdivine series to consoles.

Well, lack of Alphadia games already explained that.
Asdivine have total of 5 series (Saga, Cross, Hearts/II, Dios/Menace and Kamura)
Alphadia has total of only 4 (Alphadia 1/2/3 - story of energi crisis -, 4/5 - Valhalard Saga -, Genesis/2 - Lagoon/Celesia Energi Crisis -. and last is the recent Neo (still unknown what Crisis is they are facing).
Sad part is we only got the 2/3 of Energi Crisis Saga and we didn't got the Valhalard in English and still stuck at DoCoMo/Softbank JP phones.
And Genesis and Neo is the only one with good graphics to put in different ports. Neo is still unknown if it's gonna got console port but since it's still new, i guess it's still stuck as android exclusive for a while (and no english yet).

Asdivine have total of 7 games while Alphadia only have 5 games (JP feature phones games excluded but if added, total of 8 games)
Also they got more money in Asdivine than Alphadia, that's why. (basically the KEMCO milk version of FF7/RE4)

Also Asdivine have more english games than Alphadia.
And some of Alphadia in english is already too outdated to put in Consoles.
