RPG Insanity

Hello I am new to the forum and having a little trouble trying to post a  question in the forum. Dont seem to see where that can be done but I do see where a reply to a topic can be posted. If someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

When you go to the subforum that you want to post a question to, scroll down to the bottom of the page. You should see a space where you can create a topic (title, contents, etc) followed by the Submit button.
