This what Will happen when you to op but your stat not maxed out and this game sigh*(i am new at this game,and i am to lazy to play this game with so many weapon maxed out)

This is the 3DS version, played on Normal difficulty. Reaching level 60 and the final boss took about 30 hours (Data 4) and my party got trounced (the resulting Bad Ending is worth seeing, in my opinion). I had to grind for another 2 hours to reach level 70 and actually beat the final boss for the Normal Ending (Data 3).
Earning the True Ending required a replay with carried-over levels and stats. The replay did include some additional story moments and cutscenes. Total game time to complete the True Ending was about 50 hours, and I leveled my team to 99 (Data 2).
I completed all sidequests in both playthroughs, but I never fought the optional superboss, which allegedly requires max stats to beat.
