How to Start?

I finally got around to starting Asdivine Hearts 2, and with the 1000 Holy Stone from the beginning, I don't know how to start the game? Should I use it and get the experience jewel? Or get the labyrinth key before I forget about the extra content and end up grinding? Try and get the Ultra Rare jewels(like Iyazo)? Or just save it all until I choose what I need?

I took a guess that she's from another Kemco game, as with Iyazo and the asdivine girls, but too lazy to do a search...

Enah is from Alphadia series, Izayoi from Asdivine Dios & Menance, Dios girls from Dios, Menance girls from Menance.
