But is there any way that we can enter the orphanage

Trying asking the support center but that didnt do much

And if we cant that mean orphanage is a filler area?

I played through the game twice and there was never any opportunity to enter the orphanage (I tried many times at different points in the story). Since it's possible to complete the bestiary and open all treasure chests anyway, it's safe to assume that the orphanage can't be entered. Game design in general is to blame for us not being able to trust the developer when a game says a certain location can't be entered.

The orphanage is there solely because Asdivine Hearts 1 demands an orphanage to exist, so they couldn't exclude it from the map.

In other words, the location was added because AH1 players would definitely bother them with "where's the orphanage where they grew up and met each other?" ─ but...

...But AH2 is lazy in every sense, doubly so at mapping ─ obviously they wouldn't give themselves the trouble to map the orphanage. So yes, they could have added the orphanage with the kids which grew up with the protagonists and have some friendly talk about AH1 events but why bother. They didn't even bother mapping properly throne rooms or houses, why add even another map.

So nope. Orphanage under renovations due to the greatness of the events of AH1 and that's all, nothing else.

You can expect Asdivine Hearts 2 to get stupidly easy the moment you learn more magic and receive Magic Unisons as they're so OP they're pretty much all you'll ever need to get through the game forget character-specific skills and Trust Charge Skills magic and magic Unisons are the way to go in AH2 no need to care much about strategy for fights in the game
