Looking at the 8% success rate to get Enah, I doubt I’ll be doing that since it’s not worth putting less than 1000 stones into it at a time.

That is honestly my biggest complaint with all the IAP "lotteries." I understand their reasoning, i.e. if it's totally random people will spend a fortune trying for the one they want.
But in a Kemco game (well any mobile game actually) it just has the opposite effect on me. "You're charging how much, just for the possibility I might get what I want? No thanks; I'd rather spend that money on a Big Mac."
I'd much rather the option to buy the one I really want in the first place...
Where to spend IAP?

I'd get the labyrinth key, guild orbs, farm plots and rubix boosts for all characters.
You'll need the full 5x5 rubix for big jewels such as Life and Spirit Jewels (3x3) and a few more.
In addition, here's what I discovered so far, so don't waste real money and Holy Stones buying these:
1. Weapons from Safe Crackers
You'll get all characters' Hyper Rare weapons (8%, Excalibur etc) from Achievements (ATK 200) and Ultra-Rare ones (2%, Bare Legs etc) from Secret Arena (ATK 400)
2. Jewels from Safe Crackers
You can exchange 5 Tray Quartz for 1 Prismic Jewel b (ZERO MP consumption for Light Magic, damage dealt x1.5). All the other jewels in IAP aren't essential, just good to have. The most challenging boss, Bloody Maidamer Curie, can be defeated with well structured sets of jewels that can be obtained in-game. A couple of good, recommended jewels need to be farmed, however.
In addition, the Ultra-Rare Buddies obtainable from Jewels aren't essential either. At some point, we'll get Baby Dragon and Jolie Curie which are 4.5 stars and are powerful buddies.
3. Experience, SP and Gold Orbs
You'll get loads of these from the farming spots Weisteisen and I have discovered. Even in early game, you can already max out ALL elemental levels with the help of SP Trunks and Bags from drops, treasure chests, Arenas and a short period committed to farming.
Guild orbs are good to get from IAP to speed up your Guild Coins farming to exchange for some good items.
