Woot! Defeated Bloody Maidame Curie on Hard difficulty! :)
If I'm correct, we have to cut her down before she casts Swoon, which is 2-3 turns from the time she nullify parameter effects of our teams.

You don't need Shield Jewel. I defeated her without any and equipped only those that can be obtained in game.

Perhaps you'd want to share your teams setup, jewels used and play style so that we can offer suggestions.
Actually I used the team/weapon effects/jewels setup and strategy in the example I shared in another thread and had no problem for both common monsters and boss fights.

There are a few things you can do:
1. Increase your parameter stats Str, Vit, Int & Spd
2. Increase you HP/MP
3. Equip Life/Spirit Jewels
4. Refine your battle process and improve the spells'/Unisons' power

Well I barely beat her on easy; here is my set up:

Team 1 - Zack and Stella
Elemental Jewels, Doom jewel, shield jewel
They are my healers and occasionally will try to cast Chaos smoke to poison, especially towards the end, when the resistance is high, you may get her poisoned.

Team 2 - Felix and Nadia
Doom jewels, Zero MP jewel, Elemental jewel for Felix
Cast Unison spells, like Mini Big Bang x Dark Matter as much as you can.

Team 3 Uriel and Menace Girls (that is if you can get them)
Doom Jewels, Zero MP jewel, and Spirit Jewel
In the meantime, I have Uriel cast Dark Matter or any spells that does multiple hits while Menace Girls use Believe in Miracles to do the healing until towards the end, and switching the healing duties to Team 1, and have Menace girls take over for curing any ailments or refilling MP to the others as needed.

It's a hard battle for me, since I not outrageously powered up in stats, since I only have 2 garden plots.

Mine was:
Uriel&Zack
Hitman jewelx5,unison b jewel,acceleration jewel,proactive for uriel.And leader+ ×2,life jewel x2,repeat jewel and barrier jewel for zack.They're my main nuker.
Stella&Jollie Curie
Hitman jewel x5,acceleration jewel,proactive jewel,barrier jewel and elemental a jewel for stella.None for jolie cause she's a buddy.They're my sub nuker.
Felix&Nadia
Jewels for felix are the same as stella's and jewels for nadia are the as zack's.They're role is both nuker and healer.

I had felix,stella and uriel equip dark suit(from iap store) and i had nadia equip maid outfit(reward from gazillion challenge).All i did was nuked my way to victory on hard mode.

Mine is:

Zack & Izayoi / Jolie Curie
Izayoi for Physical, Jolie for Magical
Jewels: Life x1, Spirit x1, Reveal x1, Repeat x1, B. Power x1, Trust x1, Energy x2, Doom x1
Zack's weapon: Sacred Torch - Occasionally refills Trust Gauge to 100%

I mainly use Izayoi as buddy for Physical Nuker team. I can easily switch to Jolie for Magical Nuker team. This setup is pretty flexible.

Zack's team focuses on unleashing physical or magical attacks. I mainly use Zack's microburst Divine Slash, which is effective against Void-class targets (yes, Bloody Maidame Curie is Void elemental).

I can use Unison spells Meteor Strike (Comet x Comet) when I need to (Izayoi has Comet and Dream Tide spells). I can cast other Unison spells (eg. Atomic Array - Holy Ray x Holy Ray) which use the same spells too because Zack is equipped with B. Power Jewel. Which means, this team can also be Support (emergency only) by casting Cure & Heal Unison spells.

Stella & Felix
This is my Support & Healing Team. They're also my sub magical nuker.
Stella's weapon: Railroad Sign - Normal attacks greatly delay enemy turn
Stella's Jewels: Life x1, Spirit x1, Reveal x1, Repeat x1, Unison b x1, Acceleration x1, Barrier x1, All x1
Felix's Jewels: Life x1, Spirit x1, Reveal x1, Unison b x1, Doom x1

This team focuses on buffing, debuffing and healing. Occasionally chipping in to deal magical damage when available or delaying enemies' turn.

This team also has microburst "That's it!":
Single: Attacks with fluffy baton. All Teams: Restores MP in proportion to damage. Strength increases with user level.
With this microburst, MP recovery is possible for characters/teams without Spirit Jewel.

Nadia & Uriel
This is my Magical Nuker team. They're also my sub Debuffing team.
Nadia's weapon: Goddess Shoes - 10% HP restored each turn
Nadia's Jewels: Life x1, Spirit x1, Reveal x1, Repeat x1, Unison b x1, Energy x1, Trust x1
Uriel's Jewels: Life x1, Spirit x1, Reveal x1, Unison b x1, Barrier x1, Doom x1

This team focuses on unleashing magical damage with Unison spells and occasional debuffing using Nadia's Microburst, To the pit with you all! - All: All parameters 1 rank down.

All my characters are equipped with Cardinal Ring (armor), which prevents poison, paralysis, silence, fatigue, stone & gnome for team. You'd probably have noticed that this armor nullifies pretty much all ailments except Countdown and insta-swoon, which is why I equipped Doom Jewel on all teams. This saves me the worry and trouble of curing ailments. Cardinal Ring's defence is low, but the trade-off for acquiring immunity for almost every ailment is worth it.

All my characters have Life, Spirit and Reveal Jewels for Life Regen 15% per turn, MP Regen 10% per turn and ability to use all spells. No matter what setup I have, these 3 jewels will always be their standard/mandatory set.

Life Jewel is a rare drop from Rhadamanthys (common monster) in Sabreenah Woods. Equip Rare Jewel (if you have) when farming for it. You'll probably have at least 1 Spirit Jewel from Treasure chest. You can farm more from Brown and Red Rock Safes.

Or use felix's trust charge for gurantee drop from monsters.This apply to special arena too.

It'll be hellava loads of harvest when you farm using Felix's trust charge for guarantee drops (ALL normal, rare and ultra-rare) + Zack's Sacred Torch's 100% Trust Gauge refill/Unison spell "Destruction".
