The game should tell you but the buddies you have and the stats they have are percentages of what the main has. that is, if the main character has 100 INT and Sub has 50% INT, then the sub has 50 INT. Most buddies have their own spell sets and can cast on their own.

I mean the microburst when you equiping the buddy with certain character

Oh, that would be a proc of a certain kind of burst. I haven't played the game in 2 years so my memory is a bit foggy but the Help section should explain what a microburst is in AH2.
