Cant figure out how to transplant i jave 2 swords now at +35 and cant transplant
Is the weapon's Applied Effect at 30+. If not, you cannot Transplant the Applied Effect.
As it says under Help > Weapons and armor > Strengthening Weapons - Applied weapon effects: "Select Customize > Applied Effect Transplant to move an applied effect to another weapon. However, if the applied effect is under 30, it cannot be transplanted."
