Good way to complete Trophy "Make 50-100 Hit"? Max I done was 40.

I'm sure there are quite a few methods. Something like the Octupler Ring (turns 1 hit into 8) when using the Shared Skill "Red Crescent" (attacks 30 times) should get you enough hits. And if you happen to get overkills, well, you will get plenty of hits.

I don't think I have that one yet but I grinded so much that at auto fights I get 80k-1.2m total damage depending on what skill gets used.

So equipment IS important. I build slowly my equipment to get CRIT max.
