I've already go to hushet ruins more than 10 times but the silga's quest is still uncompleted ,can someone help me?
I take it this is the one you mentioned of... Anyway, to answer your question.
After you accept the quest, you have to go to the Ruins and fight a monster! Before you fight it, there should be a dialogue just like before fighting any other boss! After you defeat that boss, go back to Silga and done!
