Where is the Middle teleport? I found Entrance and Exit but I can't find the last one.

And another thing. How I could miss 5 treasures in Cave and 10 treasures in Ruins?
I don't see any place I can interact with at both areas even though I checked them thoroughly.

Both locations have "Other Entrance" in addition to the default entrance. Have you gone through those alternates, because I suspect the missing treasures are available coming that way. I don't recall when those "Other Entrance" choices get unlocked.

I'm currently at Quest Breezan Valley (but I currently farm Buddy Rings to max level for some buddies thanks to Attract Ring+Brave Cookies).

Well, I've unlocked and cleared them.
And just after Lotus Tower I unlocked a new area.
