RPG Insanity

Can someone please explain weapon effects? I understand some of them like gnome and silence but not the fire+ and similar ones. Do they add fire to your attacks or make your fire skills more powerful? I searched online and there is no list with an explanation of each one so i think if someone could do that it would be helpful for people other than me as well. Thanks.

I think (Elem+) adds Elemental Damage to Equipment but not sure as I never used it. It could probably increase Damage from certain Element Skills.

I think all you want to have at all times is Crit Chance 100% as it affects all Skills&Magic. Anything else isn't super important, but I remember I had Steal 100 too because I could have it.
