Excluding the RNG elements, and the weapons from the pot breakers here are the best weapons I found based on the attacks:
the Amore weapons found at the end of the Nefari spire dungeon (LV 800 area).
the spiked weapons found in treasure chests in the Nefari spire (you need the heavy ring and spiked ring for some of them).
the glimmering weapons found in the overlord castle in chests next to the bosses you need to beat to unlock the path.
The best armors are the mana armors found at the end of the dolly forest (Lv 250 ara). you can also find strong armor in warehouses in some towns.
