I don’t know but ads should work unless you messed up with the game in one way or another (like having incorrect time on your device may lead to ads not showing up at all) but I’m not sure about it. Or it might be something wrong with the game itself.

Ads never work with me, in any game
Unity Ads is worse than Google Ads, though.(Both SELDOMLY work, but Google Ads work more frequently than Unity Ads)
