Seeds questions

Is it worth using them if I'll want to change the jobs in future?

And will my character that changes the job and goes back to level 1 retain any portion of stats or seeds used? 

P.S I only started this game because there's no help for Yorozuya RPG anywhere.. Well it's in Japanese and I understand Nothing of it and here is no forum for the game.
