How to use wind lapis

Quick question, how do you use the wind lapis to travel? I've just gotten the light lapis, just haven't figured out how to use the wind lapis

When you get it, the dialog tells you that it can be used to travel to towns you've already visited.

Go to World Map. You will see Warp feature under it.

I cant seem to find the warp button? Help please
