I Want To  Know Max LV In Dragon Lapis!! Is It Max At 100? And I Have 430+ LPP Should I Exchange For All ATK Critical,EXP x3

And What About LPP Growth Plates? is it linked To Another Job Or Just A Plates To Increasing Stats (Idol plate,messenger etc.)

Maximum Level for each character is LV 99.

You should definitely get Critical Ring (preferably 4). Exp x3 is not required unless you want to level up faster.. But Critical Rings are still the best thing you can get, even one Critical Ring will allow you to easily Farm EP from Metal Monsters as you will have guaranteed Critical hit with any Skill.

Growth Plates are tied to one specific Job OR 1 Specific Weapon type. All characters can learn all Jobs (Except Hero/Dragonite).
