Forgotten Sanctuary Question

So I've been playing this, might write a review, enjoying it overall.

I'm up to the final dungeon for the postgame, and I'm doing all the side stuff, including beating Limit Stonehenge on Killer... Some funny text if you beat you-know-who more than once on Killer. I'll post it here later if I remember.

 

That said, is there a way to get the Sanctuary repaired? I'm asking because the maid still won't let me downstairs so I get the idea there's something there.

You have to talk to a different maid (I don't remember which one, or if she is in a different town...sorry). She says something about a round demon kidnapping her friend, and then you can go down.
