RPG Insanity

I am creating this forum, because I am struggling with defeating Madame Curie in Killer mode. Can someone give me advice on how to defeat her? How many L Burst Teas should you have? What level should you be? Which formations should you have? Anything could help. I have only defeated her on Easy and Normal so far, but she defeats me on Hard and Killer before I have a chance to strike her once. Any advice is appreciated.
