What is the “undiscovered area” after the cloud sea 2 and before the metal region a in the e guide? I’ve been searching for 4 hours and I can’t find anything

Sorry, it's taken so long! I didn't have a save file (well, I do, but it's on an old device that I can't find. ha ha) and had to start a new game. I think the area you are looking for is the "Dead Cloud Sea." It's an area in the NW corner of the world map.
