RPG Insanity

I am missing Ingredient #045 from the Secret Encyclopedia, Page 9.  What is it and where can I get it? Thanks.

 

EDIT: #39 Recipe from Secret Encyclopedia is also missing.  I assume it is connected to the missing ingredient #045.

For no 45 is dragon mince, to get it using blender on dragon meat.

For no 39 is golden boar meat, this is main story so u can't miss it, it's tell to go to sunny hill for hunt that boar, but need egg sandwiches to lure the boar.

I did slay the Golden Boar after luring him with an Egg Sandwich. I gotta figure out what happened to my Golden Boar meat!!
