Scenario (Good Luck Coco 1)

Hi, I have progressed about halfway through this game, and I have stumbled upon a scenario, specifically scenario no.71 where it says to go into tavern to trigger the event. But i have not been able to trigger the event even after I have go in and out of tavern several times. Do anyone know how to trigger this event and the subsequent chain event?

Just sell some foods and go outside dungeons after several days events will triggering.
