Hey guys so I was wondering after I got reborn. Do I have to re-fuse another sazuku again .

If you beat the game and start New Game+ you will lose all Story Key Items and usable Suzaku. But there's no need to do NG+ because everything happens in the same order, Chests are still opened. So you are free to fuse Suzaku with something else, you can recruit Suzaku at the Post-game.
