How do I get skull leader, there don't seem to be a method to fuse him

I think it can only be captured somewhere, can't help more as I don't remember where. @1oldtymer should know.

You can find this type of answer, and others, using the links in lists from the developer posted in the Summon Mate forum. @saddn is correct that skull leader can be found in hades dungeon.
