Observatory Treasures

I've gone through 3 times now top to bottom. Can't seem to find the one remaining chest, has anyone else had trouble finding them all here?

I don't remember, but I have 100% of the treasure chests according to the "Rewards" (excluding any you get from IAP stuff) and did nothing special except follow the clues given in the posts about "Secret Passages").

I went back though that "Secret Passages" topic. It's there, just didn't read far enough, darkness arm +4. One of the spots that I think the xray specs fail. Same room as weapon orb, near the start of the dungeon.
