Guess I'll work on September. Maybe Labor Day will be one. With my luck though, It'll be some oddball date at the end of the month.

September is complete. It is Labor Day - ish:

Neverending Story = INT SPD 5% up (Sept. 9)

Again only one in the entire month:

Single = HP STR 5% up (July 7th)

August should be Debugger, but I won't even try to guess which date.

Found Debugger on 9th, didnt bother to try the rest.

I just completed a full play-through of Seek Hearts, and carefully noted all the titles and title fairies. Well, you know all that work we did figuring out the special birth dates? TOTALLY unnecessary if you have the names of the Title Fairies...which I did have...and never looked at. But to fully illustrate my d'oh moment, here's a full list of the special date title fairies:
