Any tips on how to defeat the crack pot boss in the trial tower? I’m at level 340 and he beats me in 2 turns on normal.
Also what are the rewards/items in the trial tower ?

I suggest to level up your character into max level (level 999) and try maxing your parameter. It'll make the battle easier.
As for reward item they are :
On easy => Bronze Medal => Increases gold by 25% after battle
On normal => Silver Medal => Charges an extra ion cell for all at the start of battle
On hard=> Gold Medal => Causes the party receive rare gift from stocking fairies
On expert=> Platinum Medal => Causes party to find 10 quartz after battle
As for reward item they are :

Thank you very much, I leveled my party to the 500s and was able to beat him on normal, which is the minimum requirement to continue the dungeon. Unfortunately there wasn’t any worthwhile rewards in the second half of the tower, like legendary equipment or new skills. So in the end it’s not worth the hassle.
