RPG Insanity

I've been playing Kemco games for a while and every one of them that I've played has had an area much like the Cave of Trials in Star Ocean games where you hunt floor after floor for exp and the strongest weapons in the game. These areas are typically shown at the start of the game generally in the first town but for Dimension Cross I havent seen anything like that as of yet. Can anyone enlighten me about its location?

i finished the game and so far nothing close to that description...

you can say that the simulation area can help you make free battle to increase the level but it's not as if it was a dungeon.
