How do I get to these chests? I walked all the way back to basement 1 but can't figure out how to get to them. Is there anything valuable in them? I might skip them and continue to the Abyss.

Since I got them yesterday, I can tell you that outside this area, in the middle there is another gate. You can see it on this pic in the middle too. In total there are three gates, and the middle one allows getting them.

As for their value I don't remember now, but the treasure chests there either had useless money or super useful equipment, so it might be worth getting them.

Your current room and the room beside it are connected in map

Thanks for trying to help y'all, but I think I'll just skip these chests. Even though the room I was in is connected to the room with the chest, I can't walk to the chests as it places me in a high area I can't walk down from.

Also, I think that gateway that leads to those chests is located way back, in the area right before B1F. I really don't feel like walking all the way back for items that might not be useful, esp. since the random encounter rate is high.

Hey, @jrpghero . Just wanted to respond to answer your question, because the other responses were not very clear/not conveyed very clearly.

Okay. Note the 5 entrances/exits in this room in your image, which is Hades Mausoleum B2F: three to the north (north-western, north-center, and north-eastern) and two to the south (which I'll be referring to as south-western and south-central). Your goal is to loop back around from the upraised western/central portion your character icon current is in B2F to the eastern portion of this same room, back out the north-eastern exit to Hades Mausoleum B1F, and through that room to the north-central stairs exit due-left, which will take you back into B2F via the north-central entrance/exit.

From your position as depicted in this image, head out the south-western exit to Hades Mausoleum B3F. It is one of the only two exits you can take from the part of the room you are in in this image. (The other, north-western one leads into the Abyss, as you no doubt know.) From there, follow the path to the north-western exit, which will place you right back into this room, B2F, this time by the south-center exit in the eastern portion of the room, as seen in the image.

From the south-center entrance/exit, make your way to and through the north-eastern exit. You're now in Hades Mausoleum B1F. When you check your map in this room, you should see an entrance/exit just to the left of where you came into that room from. It is in the north-central part of this room and looks like a south-pointing little slit (to mark downward stairs), same as the one you just came up from. Make your way around to it. (Follow the path, ignoring the first right and taking the next left. Keep left, ignoring the upward little room and the path leading downward. Once you can go up the hallway, do so, taking the left when the path forks left and right. Follow this left fork, and it'll take you to the stairs going back down to Hades Mausoleum B2F.)

This places you right back into the same room the screenshot is from, in the north-center entrance/exit that will let you access these final two chests.

I hope this will help you. If you have any questions on this or need me to clarify, don't hesitate to tag me or quote my post in a response. :D

Just passed this part in my latest kemco replays wanted to share the chests, may be worth picking them up. One was 17k gold -meh- the other is a sword "terrible luck".
