RPG Insanity

As the thread asks, I'm wondering if all 10 Party Members have the ability to gain second Individual Passive Carminas. Sylvia comes with two as soon as she joins. Len and Chloe gain theirs through the course of the story. And the 10th Party Member already has both of theirs, too.

But what about the other 6? That's a lot people to be missing a second Individual Passive Carmina. Is there something I missed for the remainder of those characters?

Thanks in advance for any insight you guys can share about this.

I'm same as you - only 4 characters have two individual passives, and no one else. Maybe they really aren't obtainable?

That's really strange. It may have been intentional, but it almost feels like an oversight.

Like, Len and Chloe gained theirs in accordance to the story. It sorta felt like most of the others would have gained theirs that way, too. But some of the characters fall into the background after their intros, and we don't really get over-arching narratives that stick all the way through. Like, Len's dream in the final dungeon was the only one we get to see personally. Don't know if that's related or what,
