300 Hit Combo Strategy?

I'm playing on Xbox One and trying to get the achievement for getting a 300 hit combo. I've tried chaining multi hitting abilities but my combo always seems to drop before I can hit it. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Go to an area where all 9 enemy spots are occupied, and use Shiranui's Whirlwing skill. I suggest using Shigure Shrine.

Easier and faster method is using Shiranui equipping All-Star weapon, Tip Toe armor and 2 Dividing charm. 7 enemies is enough to hit 300 combo
