RPG Insanity

Is the allies "Blitz Attack" disabled when fighting Maidame Curie in the Mystic Shrine?  I've fought her several times, and never had the blitz activated, even though when fighting any other monster, it occurs frequently (I've loaded up my party with "Blitz Stones").  I'd rather use other stones if blitz is disabled in this contest.

Already tons of fights but never blitz triggered. Seems blitz is disabled in this fight.

I was able to get Blitz a couple of times, I think if you're really able to hurt her the Blitz can work. I use transform and All Vanity with Shiki
