RPG Insanity

This might be a dumb question, but I am at MS 42, where I made the medicine, and need to take it back to Koyuki.  I have talked to everyone and wandered around looking for a person or boat to go back to Akatsuki.  What am I missing?

Why don't tried to teleport using shiki's power? In several occasion it works for me.
