Is there a list that has all the recruitable chaeacters and judgements in the game so I dont muss any?

Surprisingly, depending on the ending you're going for, you're forced to miss some judgments and characters. There's no route which shows you all five judgments and characters at once, presumably to make replay for the extra endings more worthwhile.
