Have anyone the list for the subquest?

I don't think you really need one. While some side quests are gained automatically over the course of the story, all other side quests are available (from specific points in the story onwards) by speaking to the "quest manager" at the Mercenaries' Base (room in lower left corner). That means you can't miss them, and you don't even have to look for them all over the world.
