Sky arena

I am now stumped as I have the dragon however I can not seem to find/trigger the sky arena.

Any suggestions would helpful.

Not sure if you figured it out by now... but I assume you talked to Biscute at the Deselle Castle and triggered the scene where Biscute says he'll wait for you at the Sky Arena? Sky Arena is to the northeast of Deselle City, can only achieved by flying with the dragon in the world map.

I guess I'm struggling to beat Lalimar (2nd opponent in Sky Arena), with my two characters at level 74, and using Ishiri and Levi as my monsters (also level 74)...
