So far I've found 2 members of the Hide-and-Seek Society. If you find more, please share!
The first one is in Questers' Town:
NW corner of town, behind building
Flame Stone x5
Aqua Stone x5
Wind Stone x5
Soil Stone x5
The next one is in Desert Village:
NE corner of village, behind building and partially hidden by trees.
Flame Stone x25
Aqua Stone x25
Wind Stone x25
Soil Stone x25

Next one is in Forest Village. Behind a tree to the left of the house in the NW. The house has 2 crates in front of it.
Last one is in the Mountain Village directly under the sign for the item shop.
