Extra quests

So, I already completed two extra quests, Ibriss arena and blaze castle underground. I also know I'm supposed to talk to Alranne to unlock the other one. BUT... I talk to Alranne and nothing happens.

Is there anything I'm missing to do in order to be able to get this quest? If anyone has a clue about this, I'd appreciate some help.

Also I played the normal ending many times, but I couldn't unlock the other endings. I'm guessing it's trust related, like most of exe create's, but do I need to be maxed mutually to unlock an ending or is there anything else I'm missing? So far, every character trusts Louise/Hilda 100% but neither does she trust them that much nor they trust each other that much.
