Any tips on how to beat the post-game bosses in terms of setup & equipment? Also what are the rewards for beating them?

I'm not sure which bosses you mean, but there are tips in the forum topic "post-game content" under Crystal Ortha.

Thank you for pointing me to the thread, I was referring to the optional bosses behind the gates that open after beating the final boss.
