Ross learn 19 from 20 Skills

have anyone a location guide for the skills ?

I have finsihed all Sub Events Main story and Ross are Level 99

maybe a have forget to talk with someone

I checked every monster, but none of them have "Vapor Slash" as a learnable skill. I don't recall how I obtained it.

vapour slash

soul crush

missing two neo testament is one not sure what the other is.

found vapour slash in chest in rough lands. The island is bottom middle of map. The entrance to the rough lands is right of my character in screenshot.

Where was Neo Testament found/learned at? I'm in the post-game but only in the low 80's and this is the only skill I'm missing from Ross. Is this learned at lvl 99? I've completed all subquests and (pretty) sure I've looted all treasures and hidden areas.

I checked every monster, but none of them have “Neo Testament” as a learnable skill. I don’t recall how I obtained it, but likely before lev 99.

I appreciate it. I'll just have to go back through all the towns and talk to everyone and if that doesn't unlock it then double check all the dungeons. I'll be sure to update this when I find it.

Update: Found it! After spending an additional 4 hours talking to everyone in every town, searching every dungeon, leveling up to 99 and defeating the 2 post content bosses.

Once you complete the last subquest 'On the Blizzard' you must go back into Deo Hyodora Ruins and talk to the werewolf and he will give you the Neo Testament skill -_-. Hope this helps with some frustration.
