This is a great forum for Kemco games. I've gotten so much help from you guys. Now I need to ask where do you come up with the philosiphers stone?

@hungover I hope this question is solved since it is asked over a year ago but for sake of answering question. Philosopher stone is crafted. Continue with story and go to item shop and event will happen where he teaches you how to create this item.
