RPG Insanity

Hello, long time lurker, new poster.

 

Anywho, I have read that the Beast King role is in the Summer tower, but I have gone through it four or five times, and I am almost completely 100% certain I have found all the treasure chests, so I am curious if there is one missing somewhere that I completely missed.

Does anyone know by any chance where specifically in this tower is the box?  I have searched all over the internet and cannot find an answer to it, so I was hoping people here might know.

How do you get to the summer tower in the first place? It's not appearing for me

The post from 3beez has been corrected and says that the Beast King role is in Rifee Shrine.
