i almost finish every jobs on the guild now, only left with 2 jobs, the timepiece and the wallet

since i'm too lazy to roam right now, i wanna know how can i get the counter ring to trade it with the timepiece ring

and you can also tell me the location of the wallet too if you want to

Counter ring = toughness + exp rings

And I think the wallet was in a barrel in adiva city, first one on the left. Not positive on that one.
