RPG Insanity

Maybe I just haven't progressed far enough yet (I'm at Chapter 52), but where do you get a heavy ring/boots to cross the arrow tiles in dungeons? It seems in the other Kemco/Exe Create games I've played I've encountered an item to cross the arrows by this point.

Also, I still haven't unlocked the item needed to blow up the magic ore boulders in dungeons yet, either. When/where is that found?

Keep playing. You should get reverse boots and bombs eventually. They are items like the rope in upper right menu. FYI, the whistle can be tricky if you're not thorough in searching the town on the moon. Keep checking the area near its treasury for a chicken suited npc. IIRC, the whistle is the only one that you don't get just by following the story. Maybe.
