RPG Insanity

I have completed all subquests except for 8. Water of life and 9. ?????????.  I assume they are linked.

The problem is, when I go to the tavern in Garay, nothing prompts anything for the quest.  Am I missing something?

I have completed the main game, and totally finished the Arena/ Guild area.

Yeah, the two side quests are linked. Are you sure looked in the right building? In the upper part of Garay Town, there are two buildings with a "BAR" sign outside.
