What and where is the area in the catalog after Adam Residence?

That's Aigaion Wilderness, a dungeon on the world map in the southwestern part, encircled by mountains, northwest of Titania Village Ruins, west of the LV200 Island and south of Nalbee Cavern. You need an airship to reach this location, and if I remember correctly, you can only visit this location for the first time when the plot forces you to complete that dungeon.
